Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation and as such is binding for all the subjects mentioned in the same, including minors.

You can send an availability request and wait for our reply. Alternatively, by reducing response and waiting times, you can book online by following the instructions available on our website www.hotelmirasole.com. Following the request, you will be sent a (non-binding) offer, showing the booking details. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit of 40% and our written communication showing the details of the stay. The payment of the deposit must be made within 5 days from the moment of the booking request. If payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is to be understood as void.

Payment of the stay
For stays made before the date, (i.e. up to 4 days before arrival), a credit card is always required to guarantee the amount of the entire stay, on which to make the authorized withdrawal of the first night and any no show. The balance of the reservation must be paid before departure. For customers passing through and therefore without a reservation, if they do not have a credit card or rechargeable credit cards, cash payment of the entire stay will always be required at check-in. However, the hotel reserves the right to request deposits during the stay.

Advance payment: “Non-Refundable” rate
If this special rate is booked, the entire amount will be charged to the credit card or requested by bank transfer to be made within 24 hours of booking. The full amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The Hotel Mirasole International reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the customer’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which they belong. With the pre-authorization, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or of a part of it, in order to ascertain that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS THEREFORE COLLECTED. The pre-authorization automatically expires 21 days after the requested date and the amount is released. In the event of a negative pre-authorisation, the customer will be asked for a new and valid credit card within 24 hours. Failing that, the reservation will be considered cancelled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer.

Payment methods accepted:
Bank transfer, credit cards and cash. Checks are NOT accepted.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation of the stay, the following penalties will be applied:
Up to 3 days before arrival no penalty;
From 2 days before arrival to any NO SHOW 40% of the total as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation and Reconfirmation:
If the cancellation is replaced by a new booking and used within 6 months, no penalty will be applied and the 40% paid by the customer will be considered valid by the Hotel as a deposit on the next booking.

Early departure:
The guest who anticipates the departure, will have to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining amount of the stay.
