Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation and
as such is binding for all the subjects mentioned in it, including minors.
Booking
You can send a request for availability and wait for our response. Alternatively, reducing
the response and waiting times, you can book online by following the instructions available on our
website www.hotelmirasole.com.
Following the request, you will be sent an offer (not binding), showing the details of the
booking. The booking is to be considered confirmed only after the payment of a deposit of
40% and a written communication from us showing the details of the stay. The payment of the deposit,
must be made within 5 days from the time of the booking request. If the payment
is not made within the required time, the booking is to be considered as null.
Payment for the stay
For stays made under the date, (i.e. up to 4 days before arrival), a credit card is always required to guarantee the amount of the entire stay, on which to make the authorized withdrawal of the first night and any no show.
The balance of the reservation must be paid before departure.
For guests passing through and therefore without a reservation, if they do not have a credit card or
holders of rechargeable credit cards, payment in cash for the entire
stay will always be required at check in.
The hotel reserves the right to request deposits during the stay.
Prepayment: “Non-Refundable” rate
If this special rate is booked, the entire amount will be charged to the credit card or
requested by bank transfer to be made within 24 hours of booking. The entire amount is
not refundable in any case.
Pre-authorization
Hotel Mirasole International reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before the
guest’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization from the circuit to which it belongs. With the pre-authorization, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a
part of it, in order to verify that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS,
THEREFORE, COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 21 days from the
requested date and the amount is released.
In the event of a negative pre-authorization, the customer will be asked for a new and valid
credit card within 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be considered cancelled. In this case, the hotel will have no obligation towards the customer.
Accepted payment methods:
Bank transfer, credit cards and cash. NO checks accepted
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the stay, the following penalties will be applied:
Up to 3 days before arrival, no penalty;
From 2 days before arrival to any NO SHOW 40% of the total as a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation and Reconfirmation:
If the cancellation is replaced by a new reservation and enjoyed within 6 months, no penalty will be applied and the 40% paid by the customer will be considered valid by the Hotel as a deposit on the next
reservation.
Cancellation policy for all types of gift boxes:
In case of cancellation of the stay, no amount will be refunded and it will not be possible to modify
and/or postpone the reservation.
Early departure:
The guest who anticipates the departure, will have to pay a penalty equal to 100% of the remaining amount of the stay.
